Ron Vincent - Lead Vocals & Acoustic Guitars

Ron Vincent has been performing professionally for 28 years, as a singer/ guitarist in many parts of Australia and all over the world, including places as far as Malta and the snow fields of Austria. He grew up in the 70s listening to the soulful music of artists like Neil Diamond, Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughn, John Lennon and of course Cat Stevens, who would eventually be of key importance to Ron's performing career. A self-taught musician, Ron picked up his first guitar at age 14 after hearing Lennon's "Imagine" on the radio and deciding he just had to play it! That was the start of a life-long love affair with music. Ron went on to have professional singing lessons in 1993 and some jazz ballet training for theatre work. In 1995 Ron performed voiceover work , his favourite role being the plant in "The Little Shop of Horrors". He then moved on to performing a Neil Diamond Tribute throughout Victoria. Ron has continued to woo audiences for nearly three decades while playing in such cover bands as "Rendezvous", "Flat Chat" and "Third Stone" and was a regular attraction at Mentone's Night Hawk from 2003 until 2010.

During the last few years, Ron has passionately pursued his interest in Cat Stevens music. Ron's Cat Stevens show has developed a regular following in regional Victoria and the Mornington Peninsula. Audiences marvel at his uncanny likeness to Cat Stevens in voice and looks. Ron has performed his Cat Stevens Show at Sorrento's Spiegel Tent, Ringwood RSL,
SS&A Club Albury, Theatre Royal Castlemaine, New Zealand, Tasmania & the UK, just to name a few.

"I have a strong emotional connection with the music. You can't just sing the song perfectly note for note, you gotta have that soul connection to get the mood across," Ron said.

Mike Mills - Acoustic Guitar, Bouzouki & Backing Vocals

Mike started out as a singer and guitarist at just 12 years old in country Western Australia. A child prodigy, he studied classical guitar while singing and playing in pubs and clubs all over the state. The youngster won numerous awards including coming first at the Wanneroo eisteddfod. He has continued an intense career as a versatile performer, recognised for his powerful voice and skilful guitar ability. He moved to Melbourne in 2001 and formed his original band, "Template" which was highly regarded in Melbourne's renowned original scene. His next project was to start his current original band Toehider. This showcases his vocal range, guitar prowess and gift for music writing. The sound is reminiscent of Queen's rich vocal harmonies and Van Halen's dazzling guitar technique. In 2010, Mike recorded 12 full albums in 12 months. He recently shared the stage with renowned guitar maker, Paul Reed Smith by whom he is endorsed. He is further endorsed by the world famous Marshall amplifier company. On occasion, audiences are lucky to hear Mike's original songs and guitar solos as a support act to the Cat Stevens show. Mike is enjoying taking a back seat in this show, to provide Ron with backing vocals, lead guitar and the occasional interlude of bouzouki.
